My gaming activity isn’t updating. What should I do?

Before reporting problems about tracking, please first familiarise yourself with 'How often does my gaming activity update?' and 'How often does my gaming activity update?' before troubleshooting.

 

For gaming activity that's tracked by the Playfire servers (e.g. Steam):

  1. Is Steam currently online?
    Visiting store.steampowered.com/stats and steamstat.us will help determine whether other users are also experiencing the same problem.
  2. Has your Steam profile updated?
    Visit your Steam profile over at steamcommunity.com and check whether your gaming activity is up to date.
  3. Is your Steam profile public?
    Playfire is unable to track profiles correctly that are set to 'Friends Only' or 'Private'. Learn more.
  4. Has it been 24 hours without an update?
    Playfire will update your profile every 1-3 hours depending on the traffic we're experiencing. Learn more.

 

If you've checked the above suggestions and your Playfire profile still hasn't updated, please send a ticket to Customer Support with the following information:

What activity you are missing:

For gaming activity that's tracked by Playfire Vulcan, the PC client (e.g. Xbox Live and PSN):

  1. Are Xbox Live and the PlayStation currently online?
    Visit xbox.com/status or playstation.com will help determine whether other users are also experiencing the same problem.
  2. Has your Xbox Live or PSN profile updated?
    Visit your xbox.com or playstation.com and check whether your gaming activity is up to date. Alternatively log in to their official companion apps to see if your profile has updated there. PlayStation Network gamers may need to sync their trophies.
  3. Is your Xbox Live or PSN profile public? 
    Playfire is unable to track profiles correctly that are set to 'Friends Only' or 'Private'.
  4. Are you using the latest version of Playfire Vulcan?
    Any updates to the client will show in the top right of the window. To learn more about the latest Playfire Vulcan developments visit the official feedback thread.
  5. Have you ran the client recently, leaving it open for a minimum of an hour?
    Playfire Vulcan will update your profile every 10-20 minutes, however large profiles may take longer, particularly when using Playfire Vulcan for the first time.

 

If you've checked the above suggestions and your Playfire profile still hasn't updated, please follow these instructions on how to submit Playfire Vulcan logs to Customer Support.
