Playfire Client tells me the Xbox Live terms and conditions have changed. What do I do?

Occasionally Microsoft will update the Terms and Conditions for Xbox Live. All Xbox Live users must agree to the new terms and conditions to continue using any Xbox Live services. Please head to xbox.com, sign in, and accept the new Terms and Conditions to continue tracking game activity using the Playfire Client.

If when visiting xbox.com you're already logged-in, please sign-out and sign back in to complete the above steps.
