How long does it take for rewards to show?
We update your profile approximately 1-3 hours depending on how much traffic we're experiencing. If your rewards haven't shown in your balance please follow the detailed steps provided in the Knowledge Base article: What should I do if I haven't got my Playfire Rewards?
How long does it take for the rewards to be deposited into my Green Man Gaming account?
Your rewards are deposited in your Green Man Gaming account every 12-24 hours. Once they're deposited they're available to spend. Please note, in order for credit to transfer your GMG account must show signs of activity, please log in frequently to keep your account "active"
Where can I find out my Green Man Gaming Credit balance?
Your Green Man Gaming balance appears on the right-hand side of the Playfire homepage and on the Playfire balance page. Alternatively you can sign into greenmangaming.com. This always shows the total Green Man Gaming credit that you have available to spend.
Why are the rewards in GBP (£) but my Green Man Gaming balance is in another currency?
During the BETA we are currently only listing rewards values in GBP (£). When the credit is deposited in your Green Man Gaming account it's automatically converted based on a daily exchange rate. Your Green Man Gaming balance will always show how much credit you have available to spend in your local currency.
What should I do if I haven't got my rewards?
