XBL/PSN data is not being tracked by Playfire

If you are having issues with tracking your XBL or PSN network please make sure you have done the following before contacting Customer Service.

  1. Check you are running the latest version of the Playfire Client
  2. Your XBL/PSN profile is set to public
  3. You have run the client for at least an hour (the client must be running to update your account)
  4. Reset your login credentials and sign back into your XBL or PSN network and accept any new Terms of Service changes

If you are still having issues please contact Customer Service and remember to attach your Playfire Client log files for us to investigate further.
