If you are having issues with tracking your XBL or PSN network please make sure you have done the following before contacting Customer Service.
- Check you are running the latest version of the Playfire Client
- Your XBL/PSN profile is set to public
- You have run the client for at least an hour (the client must be running to update your account)
- Reset your login credentials and sign back into your XBL or PSN network and accept any new Terms of Service changes
