We have a lot going on at the moment and unfortunately this is taking its toll in our ability to respond to your tickets in a timely fashion. We will answer every single ticket that has been sent in, however, this may take longer than expected.
Whilst we cannot go into details as to why this delay has occurred, we can say that we are working as hard as we can to clear the backlog and resolve your issues.
We would like to ask any users that have created a ticket to refrain from opening a new ticket, this will not see your original request resolved faster, it will only cause a larger queue for other users.
